You could set up a Google Voice phone number which will allow you to have a separate phone number for real estate (side hustle) related phone calls.By downloading the app on any smart phone, you will have the ability to use your regular phone for your day job while using the Voice app for anything else, and you can set up a separate answering machine message for when you're not able to answer.

Then when you run a Profit and Loss Report on the Accrual basis each month, these figures will show up for you and you can use those figures in any way you want, particularly if you download the report into Excel and then include some financial analysis ratios on them.
