Do you see more and more cities/counties banning STRs?

UGH.Real estate agents should be banned from using this sales pitch.

Those that are the most desperate for housing might be desperate for a reason (dogs on the insurance company's banned breed lists, bad credit, etc).

You could find yourself in a situation where your town allows STRs, but your condo association bans them. 

They apparently share profit and loss with the customer and ban all collection of interest. one of their products is called Musharaka which is a joint venture, where a bank and a customer both contribute funds — for either an investment or purchasing an asset.

They might have some way of asking for a payments online that they'd just keep.I think your best bet, if you haven't already, is to report the post and see if Facebook can ban the IP address (not just the login/email).
