Anyone buying in Tacoma WA?

Contact movers and see if they can do other work than just moving it.

I knew a guy who was a landlord, he had a girl want to overstay, her tenancy, so he paid tworeally big guys to show up and start unloading a van full of stuff, he just told her.It may take 90 days to kick you out, but, it will also take you 90 days to kick these guys out,and, if you want to sleep in the same apartment with them, that's fine, but, otherwise, start packing.She packed up, and the big guys helper her get her furniture out.she never figured out the big guys were movers.

Anyone have experience dealing with Solveit or evictions in Tacoma area/ Pierce county? 

I'd look at Everett and Tacoma, maybe Puyallup.

The property manager and case worker have even given her contacts of movers who help out tenants who are in need so hopefully by end of this month, it all gets sorted.

And the combustion engine eradicated the horse as a prime mover of individuals and most goods.Where are all the horse jobs now?

As a flipper, yes you're more boots on the ground but once you get a few flips under your belt and are more intertwined with your local real estate movers & shakers... they'll naturally start to put more deals in front of you.
