I believe I'm in compliance with properly paying my couple resident employees who do a few hours of work for me, but I'm a bit concerned about what they are going to dig into and how much they will want to know about the small businesses I contract for various jobs (landscaping, painters, handyman, electrician, etc).

And with the market being as competitive as it is where I'm located, it's becoming quite more difficult now.I've always been the entrepreneurial type; I've ran a painting franchise (College Pro Painters), my own smaller remodeling business, a lawn mowing franchise, student rentals, etc. etc.
