@Brad M.The majority of the mobiles I have been involved with have city water/sewer service.l hookups.I’ve had a couple with septic which were in more rural areas and they usually require a larger lot as Kendra indicated in the 1acre lot her mobile was situated on.Over the years I looked into purchasing a couple of small MHP(s) but they had lagoons and that can be a different management/environmental concern.

I feel Ron Paul is too radical for the position.Although his constitutionalist background is very admirable, I simply don't think we can allow the free market to totally work out problems with, Environmental Protection, for example.

Several of the example properties were in places which may be investigated for environmental reasons like next to an Air Force Base or in flood plains, which, to me, demonstrates that their inflated values during the boom had to be driven by investors who were unfamiliar with the market.Inventory and average days on the market in Sacramento are two conditions that seem to be stabilizing.
