How could I target insurance claims tenants for my MTR? For example, would I call the area home insurance companies to notify them of the available rooms? Or something more creative?

The servicer may have their own fees, rules, and disclosures.Agent crosses a line to disclose rates, legal ins and outs, terms, and disclose the loan which even a broker license doesn't cover.

I would also shop with a local mortgage broker as currently United Wholesale Mortgage is running a 125 bps special on Government refinances through the end of September meaning if you did go FHA streamline then you should be getting a rate of around 5% (borrower paid)4) If you havent asked, at 700K+ loan tell your lender you want to go Borrower Paid and you expect them to only charge a 1% origination charge fee.

I would be curious to see where this exists, as it would have to be through a broker dealer channel in order for someone to get compensated for it, and most syndications require GP approval to transfer any position
