@Mario Richardson I don't think the location of the CPA matters provided that they have a solid background in Real Estate and software/tools to support you remotely.There are 20+ real estate CPAs commenting in this forum.

I have found them to be a very beneficial tool in my retirement planning.

I’m in the process of stocking my tool belt with all the knowledge needed to take full advantage of my assets. 

This is despite the existence of listing platforms, off-market deal finding tools, and even our own investor friendly agent finder.   

I've gotten rid of other tools just for PropStream.
