It reminded me a lot of the early signs of progress in neighborhoods in Brooklyn.

I plan to househack in a duplex, triplex, quadplex when I buy my first primary residence in the next few years and when I do I am looking to be in Old Brooklyn, Lakewood, the West-side of Cleveland proper, Brooklyn, or Berea.

To give a bit of background, I'm a 28 year old NYC resident originally from Brooklyn and my family and I bought our very first home ever in Queens.
