Most people vacationing in Galveston are from Houston, then Texas, then the OK-AR-LA region.

Every real state book points out the importance of having a RS agent but I don't see how it is helpful to have an agent if they all put you under contract.

Most sellers don’t need to sell and ar willing to hold out for top dollar, especially if their new loan will ne at double the interest rate.
