We were at a real estate workshop this past weekend (Nick Vertucci's Real Estate Adademy).

I went to the Elite Legacy Education 3 day seminar recently and was tempted to do the Elite Workshop package for anywhere from $12,500- 39,500 for the discounted packages.

I highly suggest you two attend a personal development/mindset workshop together, as a couple. 

I plan to do a Casita/ workshop in the back and then an addition to the existing house.

I'm not talking about the Expos and workshops, I'm talking about regular meetups like the REAI's.

I am looking for Real Estate Investment Groups that I can network with, in addition to educational services ... workshops, seminars on investing in real estate.  

They do follow the same marketing format as others: a free seminar, then a 3 day workshop for about $200, then the pressure to sign up for one of their bigger programs, from $10K-50K, similar to what has already been quoted.

.- We are doing our first  Phoenix Syndication Workshop at the end of January (just a few weeks now).

Then, start going to conferences, workshops, seminars.

I also advertised it for rent for $800 a month as it had a large workshop in the back, whereas standard rent for a house in that area would be closer to $750.
