Many times, people just set the property up and list it online...some even avoid Airbnb if they know the city/county is watching the platform...and then quietly run a STR in a very illegal area.

So far this is what I know- they list on all online platforms for free- they take photos for free- they have a 24/7 call number for guests/bookings- they will contact the cleaning business of my choice or suggest a partner in the area.

It is important also to talk about these things online so others do not get burned.

You can find a lot of good statistical data online as well as jumping on google maps to view the neighborhoods. 

I would be attending online college, so class schedules or other things like that will not affect me, but a higher quality online education would cost more than my local university by a few thousand, leaving my total debt to be about $8,000.
