Hello everyone! My name is Egan and I am an aspiring rental property investor based out of Lexington Park, MD. Currently, I work as a Flight Test Engineer and have come to the realization that I need to do more to secure financial freedom for myself and future family. I've read up on the benefits and drawbacks of real estate investing and have decided to take the leap forward towards that goal. I am looking to acquire my first rental property in 1 year and make real estate investing my full time commitment in 15 years or less.
