As a builder we control the cost and we can adjust to our clients budgets when possible, or provide additional turn key services as blinds, rent units, pre-rent units or let their property manager start advertising even before closing to give our clients the ability to make money right away!

I'm pretty sure you can do BOI filings for free on the FinCen site.However, our CPA recommends possibly using a third-party service because many of them may make changes/updates (e.g., your address changes) easier.

I would send a service man out there , to look at the system , and then tell the tenant they have to order a part , you will let them know when the part arrives , but we will be over to collect the past due rent today .

I would inform him that since he did not call you in advance and since you have never authorised him to call contractors directly that you will not be paying for a service that you do not know was needed.
