We had originally stated that we were planning to have them go month to month after two years of yearly leases, but they declined and wanted to stay with the original lease style (per the wife).  

I don't expect a leadership change or at least a leadership style change here.

Will this be competing product in style, and size?

At 340 bucks material that wont cover it. 340 bucks will cover the craftsman style trim (maybe) but wont touch the flex at all. . 

If it were me, the cabinets are shaker, (which is still in style), I would sand and paint cabinets white or light gray.

I could probably come up with the money for the down payment but would be sacrificing my emergency fund and retirement account.
