You can file that warranty in the garbage can along with the extended warranty for your car, your refrigerator, and your electronic device.

It gets a little more complex because if you have a $5,000 range you probably upgrade the refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, etc.  

With the recent snow melt, I saw water under my refrigerator in the basement. 

we don't provide W/D or Refrigerator, and when they are provided, it is with expressed writ tend notice that landlord will not repair or replace them.Like AC systems, these are subject to the most tenant abuse.

We did install an electric stove and dishwasher but Do you supply refrigerator?

I'm re-evaluating if I should provide a washer, dryer and refrigerator for my tenants.

The problem with the refrigerator is that the ice maker inside is shorted out, and where the ground wire is on the frig; it is all black around it, like the electricity arched.

Good potential tenant wants to move in own washer/dryer and refrigerator.

I replaced all of the appliances with brand new stainless steel Samsung stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and mounted microwave.
