In fact if one did my first reaction would be alarm bells and I would ask "what's the catch?"

I have spoke to many (investors, renters, and nonrenters)and I get mixed reaction.

It just is what it is.I disagree with always make an offer, unless you are new and then you can always use it for experience--having the guts to make the offer, seeing the reaction, overcoming some objections, etc.  

@Andre Smith my first reaction would be to forget about the townhomes: the units themselves are too small, and there's the HOA to consider, which can (and will!)

2. before pics - couldn't help it, but I had some immediate visceral reactions.

We appraisers gauge those “collective” market actions using market evidence of buyer and seller reactions i.e. comparable sales, listings, offers to sell and buy, and, in cases where possible, the actual sale of the subject property.In the event that the home has sold within the past six months, and would " be the most relevant indicator of market value".  

He was also discussing with me that people often have reactions days later from a bite. 

And whether you belive it or not, it all causes chain reactions that ripple thru our economy.Enjoy!

I can see why that'd be your 1st reaction but to be honest I have no real dog in this fight.
