Its definitely this - one of the few tougher states to go through all the hoops for - most national lenders carve it out since the thought is the size of the market (small) doesn't justify the expense/effort

Sometimes, if you plan to put a newer used mobile home on a piece of land or lot there may be restrictions (i.e. size, age, condition, etc) depending on the city and/or county.

Now, somewhere along the path to wealth accumulation, it may be proper for the wealth builder to place a portion of their assets in passive investments throwing off significant income, if only for portfolio diversification.

There's a specific problem when STR assets in the condo located in FL.I heard in FL some condo HOAs have a one-time reassessment fee in the size of 100k.

If you are not buying cash, I’d be cautious with anything above 1.2M as interest rates will eat a significant portion of revenue and not allow for good cash flow.  

Obviously down payment size effects equity, how much you’ll profit each month if the property is kept, how much you are able to pull out with a refinance etc. 

I used to aim for 5 jobs going at the same time....but I had a good sized crew and multiple Subs to throw at every job so there was something going on at every project most days.

I did not read the entire post -- sorry if it's a duplicate.call around to all local cabinet specialty shops -- high volume shops sometimes have orders that fall through and are custom made for someone else's space that can be a great deal -- and retrofit into the space in which you need it.hope this helpsalso if you install the prefab unfinished cabinets yourself you can do an average sized kitchen for 1200 + 200 for paint/stain done in 3-4 days max
