When their paycheck stops for a week/month, it impacts necessities like food, shelter, warmth, etc.My point is that with all the people suffering, those suffering mainly from reduced occupancy/rent from their investment property does not make my pity list.  

But it’s easy to find a lot of people with fancy cell phones, all sorts of “necessities” like newer cars, expensive cable plans, eating out/partaking in services, etc.I think the US “normal” spending habits help the economic numbers look good, but also think if every American, myself included, kept a little more in savings, the economy would still be pretty good.

I had been out of the game for many years after moving to Japan and selling off everything in the US (a regrettable necessity at the time) and downloaded his book to start getting back into REI.

Since we are on the subject of CPA pros and cons..I have heard of several CPAs going partial if not all online for their clients to avoid the in person necessity.

A question I've asked and have never got a good answer to is: how can the market NOT change when rates go up by 50-100%, and hyper inflation thrashes the country impacting the affordability of basic necessities, food, gas, clothes, etc. 

It provides all the necessities - from marketing properties to setting up lease agreement and collecting rent.

In my area, public transportation is very under developed so vehicles are a necessity.
