I'd really like to keep my momentum moving, and am trying to determine the  best way to utilize the current equity of my previous home turned rental in Austin, TX.

The alternative of trying to hang on and find a solution drains energy, momentum, motivation, and your checking account.

Getting that momentum started takes a little time.

I was fortunate to build some degree of momentum during my first few years in real estate before the problems surfaced. 

I'll often trade a few percent for a better area that I feel has upward momentum.

If you start from scratch it’s momentum from scratch.

Cold, dark, snow and holidays play a major role to disrupt the momentum of progress on site.

Including figuring out how to draw a cash flow from a W-2 to help build momentum back up in my life.  

I try to go to as many paid/unpaid meetings/seminars as possible because you may learn that one thing or hear something again to reiterate what you need to get your momentum going.Would I pay the $10k-$40k for the real estate education?
