I received a call this morning from a lady in another city.

So now I need to come up with a lease agreement between tonight and early tomorrow morning!

I knew you were anxious for an answer, but my brain works better in the morning than at night:)In addition, if there were any other liens on the property that got wiped out by the foreclosure, the redeeming person will have to pay all of those other liens, also, to those lienholders. 

The last meal you ate, I bet that restaurant made a profit on delivering you a service which is to prepare and present you quality food.  

They advised that you got to your local Home Depot at 6am in the morning.

While meditating this morning (I'm trying out the miracle morning routine recommended by the latest podcast, committing myself to it for at least 30 days), one question came across my mind.

Spent the morning adding the Property Type for each lien.Many of the liens will redeem before the end of the auction, but the list as of the opening date shows 2,486 liens this year.
