It takes two years of being late to have this happen and while I agree it should not be massive profits, people pay their taxes because they know what will happen from hearing about it. 

Instead I am offering to take you under my wing, provide you with the materials (stamps, envelopes, lists, mailers, etc) you need to be successful and then hold you accountable for taking massive action. 

We're probably not going to see the massive appreciation that took place over the last 5-10 years, but there are still cash-flow + modest appreciation opportunities out there.  

The fact that a massive 15 building complex is just sitting there, blows me away.

The other waterfront properties around here are clustered into developer specials and either small cabins (think hotel room - no kitchen - but smaller) or massive (they are 5/5 and luxurious "high-end" houses).

After you have taken the time to choose the mentor or coach you will learn from; it is entirely up to you to take the info/procedures/lessons they share with you and execute by taking massive action on it.
