Thought you'd have applicable information.You were asked to post with the names and addresses blacked out, not taking out what you think is a non-issue as the contract can not be examined in its entirety, that makes a difference as no one would know what you pulled out.

My net worth can of course be examined to get a more complete picture.I have identified a few properties, the total desired amount would be around $1M (multiple properties) at 20-25% down.

The other way to examine is, if you were given the net proceeds in CASH today.

Suggest examining your loan docs. 

However, I think a comparative examination against the other platforms is something you owe your prospective clients if you are going to imply they should dismiss Yelp reviews but not the others.  

Being a fairly new investor and examining the plethora of exit strategies, I've wondered this same thing because it seems like a no brain-er.
