I just try and determine if the other rental is a house or apartment and use google earth or drive by to see it's overall shape.  

I will say though that you need to distinguish yourself from the pack of wholesale people on social media who just have shadiness written all over them.One simple question is why on God's green earth would anyone get into wholesaling without getting a Real Estate License in their state first??? 

Those podcasts give me room to think without any 'pop-up' and like the real people's down to earth stories.

Some of the pics on google earth look like 2 buildings need new roofs but we don't know if those are our units yet.

If there is anyone on this site (you can call in anyone on earth you like BTW) to expalin why I'm giving bad advice, speak up.

So average occupancy is low, again no great pool of renters.So why on earth would a duplex renting for $800 be worth any more than $40K?
