I've run a kitchen for years. 70 - 80 hour weeks regularly that are physically and mentally (most kitchen employees are not the most functional adults, it's partly a babysitting job) exhausting.

Another very common DIY mistake I see in LLCs are people using operating agreements and certificates of formation designed for disregarded entities and partnership entities, which typically automatically disqualify the entity from electing S-Corp status.

Even a more modest debt like $50k will take any excess income that a young adult would put towards buying a home and put them 10-20 years behind previous generations, and that in itself will set back their accumulating wealth. this generation is well and truly f*cked.
