Hello,I need the following work done to my house, which is located Intown, to get it rent ready:- New roof installed- Tree cut down, basic landscaping and exterior fence repaired or replaced- Rent ready finishes - new kitchen cabinets, new doors, fresh paint, refinished hardwood floorsThis might be too small for a GC that is used to larger projects, but the roof is something that I would assume I should not be leaving to most handymen.

I found out because apparently the other electrician wasn't happy that I didn't pick his stupid high bid, so he turned us into the city which promptly cut power and wouldn't turn it back on until we had the job inspected and permitted.

You may also be able to find Unhappy landlords by calling the For Rent BY OWNER signs on houses that look a bit rough around the edges -when you see that, you are probably going to be looking at a person who is not meant to be landlording, and is probably up to his/her ears in deadbeat tenants!
