Madam Chairman, on a day when the House is going to be voting, since we are meeting during the House being in session, and given the large number of witnesses, I will waive an opening statement so we can get the benefit of what they have to say.

And, yes I definitely plan on a detailed session with a good real estate savvy tax advisor!

Go to the court house, find the court room that deals with what ever kind of law you need an attorney for, at a break or when court is not in session, say excuse me to the bailiff, "I really could use your help please.  

There is a breakfast meeting in St Augustine and an evening session at a local  hotel (Embassy Suites).

I then had a sit down session with an accountant who walked us through setting up the chart of accounts, and entering fixed asset accounts for each building.

Added to that is the coaching sessions, continuous daily group interactive webinars and on different topics.

, we have a hearing on 2/2 and the Florida legislature is actively debating the issue this session. 

Hey @Don Owens, our group tried a zoom meeting for the last two monthly sessions and I think the turnout was very low.
