I have recently begun my wholesaling venture and I haven't had a deal yet either.

I too have begun to invest with my family and it has brought us closer together.  

We have begun working with a realtor, but may have found a for sale by owner home on our own.

@Eva Arnold - I think that you don't even need to necessarily wait until your 4-year is up, BP has interviewed, and has members who have begun their investing careers while still in the military.

Naw your doing fine, stick with it.. your training period has just begun. 

One is nearly complete the other have begun their building.  

Dave, I had begun the process of getting increasing my HELOC, too, so that's extra affirming!

Also, begun establishing credit it you haven't already, and make sure your credit profile is strong.

I do have access to costar nationally and have just begun to look at what else is out there on that platform.
