Because the only picture is the exterior and its all closed up appears to be only on zillow, this screams strongly of a scam rental.

@Aaron May That's great that it's Florida locals and nearby states that are the bulk of visitors, since it's not dependent on international visitors like Miami or other major cities. 

Hi Tommy,I have never done one but a realtor I have used before told me to ensure the realtor is there on the first visit or the builders will not offer a commission to the buyer's agent.

The website screams SCAM to me, just from a five second glance.

I like the neighborhood but it doesn't scream "family friendly" to all.
