Some people function better with one rather than the other and vice versa.

What I mean by that is I wouldn't look for DSCR loans or Fix & Flip Hard Money from a loan officer who spends a most of their time doing Conventional Home Loans (and vice versa).    

I will consider staying for 23-24 years vice 20 since I would be able to easily do the recruiting job and network the area for 3-4 years prior to retirement.

This means the local bank can lend money on the terms they will allow, vice what the secondary market will allow.

I'm not sure if it was just a special running at the time or a continuous deal, but we took our 5 gallon paint buckets to the Contractor's Desk (vice the regular cashier) and received a 10% discount.

The same can be true for vice versa. 

There’s mainly pros vice cons on section 8 but I’ll still do some more research for my area and see if this is a good fit for me!
