I have worked with him and I have no hesitation is saying that he knows his stuff.

Take the time to make LOTS of decisions all at once and then just get the stuff and be done with it.

Now the work starts and a hole bunch of new stuff to learn.  

I've seen bizbuysell and other stuff on the internet but I'm not looking for something like redfin where it sends you the a buyer's agent if you have an inquiry.

For example, if I buy a group of payments; do I have to wait for those payment numbers to arrive before I get paid back for them?

I am looking to rent a place, it seems nice except three thingsthey are ranch style apartments. they have a gate in front of the main entrance, and you're responsible for the door if anything happens to it. for some reason they won't fix it. it actually looks like this but a wooden door in front of the main doorif i take the door down, how concerned should I be about people stealing stuff. if i had a lawn mower or something, they would have to come in the opening and take stuffi saw a report online about some guy that was looking in someones windows at the complex across the street. i dont know how long ago it was. i was looking online again but coudlnt find it. the one im staying at seems fine, how concerned should I be able the ones across from me?

What are some mistakes  and some stuff that you wish you had known when you made your first wholesale deal, and what advice would you give to someone about to go about making their first deal ?

What if they throw your stuff out and don't pay for the new stuff coming in or the contractors that install?
