Account Closed A couple of reasons for the run on gas.....most gas stations don’t have generators so most will have no gas when the power goes out for a week or more....people need gas for their generators and cars in the mean time.  

He is a successful real estate investor, and stationed at Ft Carson, I know another solid investor out there who has done some house hacking as well.

Just like your attorney who bills you by the hour or the gas station who charges you per gallon your property manager is going to bill you for the amount of work they need to do on your behalf.

If I see a great property for a good price in a subdivision that I know or have lived in or invested in the past, it automatically becomes a better deal for me because I know by address how far the schools are, I know where the supermakets and train stations are, I know what the comps are without looking.

I have to pull over at a gas station every 400 miles or so to unload gas.

But, the property manager said that they have worked out an agreement with the police (the station is two blocks down) and they have stopped the loitering and things have gotten better in the last few months.Since this year, the property is taking in an average of $3000 per month.

My last duty station was Fort Gordon, GA and I'm still in GA, I guess I didn't feel like moving again.

The army stationed me out here from CA but I love it out here in TN and would never move back!
