Account Closed A couple of reasons for the run on gas.....most gas stations don’t have generators so most will have no gas when the power goes out for a week or more....people need gas for their generators and cars in the mean time.

If I see a great property for a good price in a subdivision that I know or have lived in or invested in the past, it automatically becomes a better deal for me because I know by address how far the schools are, I know where the supermakets and train stations are, I know what the comps are without looking.

But, the property manager said that they have worked out an agreement with the police (the station is two blocks down) and they have stopped the loitering and things have gotten better in the last few months.Since this year, the property is taking in an average of $3000 per month.
