Things are running smooth now.  

This is a quick local condo flip where you are putting in about 20-25k which included an all new kitchen, floors, paint, bathroom, etc.Everything went smoothly in this flip except it took 1-2 weeks longer than normal.

Floetrol is used with paint-spraying equipment but it also works to smooth out brush/foam roller marks.Points to remember:-- Avoid using "premium stripper" with methyl chloride, no matter how bad the finish is.

Escrow going smoothly... 

If the bathroom walls are rough texture, change them to smooth texture. 

This was actually a very smooth rehab for the most part.

This is my first eviction so I'm hoping it goes smoothly from start to finish!

Obviously that and the appraisal still need to go smoothly so I'm trying to keep my excitement in check for now.And to top it all off, I have a 3rd interview with a company tomorrow whose office is less than a block from this house, totally unplanned.

All went smoothly till Covid19.
