But, what you can do, is do regular inspections, and if the companion animal is aggressive to other tenants, you can require a muzzle when on the property outside the apartment, and if the animal is noisy, you can write them up for that, as well as not picking up after the animal - and evict on those bases if the tenant doesn't remedy the problem.

Looking at a macro scale they may seem very different but when you truly look at micro costs then they are surprisingly similar.

Mitigation work is messy and noisy.

Would you rather buy a building with 6 or 8 twenty year old, noisy, rusty furnaces or the same building with a newer cast iron boiler?

I did check the restaurant's website to see if they'd be noisy, and it said they were closed 2 days a week and closed early. 

He is noisy and obnoxious and leaves trash in the common areas.

Is the extra dog noisy?
