"The tenant plays his music too loudly?

When we stayed in Nashville, our host had a record player and old country music records.

my son in law got ours going on the X and because all the doors and trunk are controlled .. its pretty fun to watch it play its tune  all the doors moving on their own lights flashing music blaring.. now what car can do that ?  

It's market is extremely active and will remain so for a little while longer; the solidity is grounded in geographic location, climate, diverse employment base (ever expanding), higher education, hospitality/tourism, music and entertainment, the list goes on and on.

@Melody Bynum Being able to comp your property correct is essential.  

My thought based on the players I've been around is while you have the headphones on...be listening to something worthwhile like the BP podcasts and less music. 

Once the music stops, company has no incentive to do buyback and more focus on real fundamental to create cash-flow/divident to the investor.

one thing i would skip: at the only real estate seminar i ever attedned, after every break, they would play loud, corny music and you'd have 2 minutes to collect X amount of business cards...that's not my style--i'd rather talk to people and get to know them, but peole were running around throwing cards at people and leaving, never remembering names or looking at faces

Incidentally, The Madison Square Garden ownership group teamed up with Irving Azoff (those of you into music will recognize that name) to totally refurbish the FORUM arena and now mega bands like the Eagles, Phish etc have played many nights there. 

If you ever played sports it's very exciting.It's probably the same high you get Ben listening to music and playing.
