However, I would like to take it to the next-level, so I'm armed to be as creative/innovative as possible during underwriting, developing relationships, positioning the property, disposition, etc.

It does look dated, so I don't know if thats a sign of them working on functionality, or there has not been enough innovation at the company as of late.

I wanted to see if anyone had an innovative strategy to counter this pandemic?
