I started listening to podcasts about investments and came across BP podcast and I've been hooked on wanting to learn more about rental property investing.I am still very very green with the real estate lingo and all, but I am taking action and learning every day so when I do buy my first property (I'm thinking of doing house hacking at first) I am prepared.I will be active, and can't wait to learn so much more down the road!

I also agree with @Matthew Irish-Jones, if you haven't read "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing" by David Greene you should put it on the top of your list.
