BTW the joists look good but a lot of the subflooring has been ruined by the moisture.

With a crawlspace there has to be sufficient ventilation for moisture to be cleared out from under the house (much like attic ventilation).

Hi Nate,The fogging probably means the glazing has failed.Some windows can be repaired by having the glazing replaced at a cost savings vs full window replacement.Maybe you could check in your local area if something like this is offered.There is also a procedure where they drill a hole in the frame and evacuate the moisture, but I don't know if that's a proper fix or just a temporary solution.Good Luck!
