The fridge dents bother me the most.

My tenant recently submitted a maintenance request for a small area by the fridge where the floor is warping and said small droplets of water were in between the floors. 

Broke the handles the kitchen faucet, put Pennie’s in the garbage disposal, food in the fridge, evidence of 2 fires.

Or hey our fridge isn't cooling effectively, please get this fixed asap.

I got a call on Tues that my tenant's fridge see.

It needs an octopus furnace with asbestos to be removed and replaced. new hot water tank, new fridge, new paint, new flooring on one floor. some minor exterior work. 

I love getting stuff on the market place (ex: cabinets, fridges,etc) and giving it, it's 2nd life in a rental, and less pollution!   

Four units means 4 fridges, 4 stoves, four showers, four toilets.

Put copies on the wall in your office at home, your fridge and your bedroom.

This person converted the store into a regular apartment without my permission. he built a regular kitchen (stove, fridge, cabinets etc),  a regular bathroom(shower, toilet ,sink) and added sheet rock to divide the living room and a bedroom.
