We are mainly looking for an Open Concept 2b2b, W/D in-unit, dishwasher; 1 parking spot, and an outdoor space (e.g. balcony/patio), but not opposed to looking at a few 3b2b. 

If yes, Indoors or Outdoors?

I'd recommend adding the concrete pad, then look into an outdoor storage or additional parking to potentially rent out to tenants for additional monthly income if possible. 

There are a ton of sales jobs here in several different sectors (aerospace, bioscience, financial services, software, data storage, energy, medical, tech, outdoor recreation/tourism, agriculture, etc. and there is a ton of VC money here for startups). 

In particular, remove all bushes around the outdoor HVAC condenser unit...they'll get overgrown, restrict airflow to the condenser, deposit debris into the condenser, and ultimately make it less efficient.2. 

Then a couple of weeks ago, she asks me around 9-9:30pm if I could shut my outdoor backdoor light off because it’s shining in her bedroom window (which has black out drapes!)

The other two fiberglass pools, don't really have a cove like in a traditional outdoor pool, so the floor finish comes to edge and ends sitting on top of the edge of the round over part of the shell.
