I like the turn of this conversation, debt or no debt let's be glad to have another day here on this earth to argue about petty things ;) and live in  a country where the average person can dream and build his own business. 

You can buy land with timber on it and sell the rights same with oil, you can even purchase earth moving gear and lease it out.

As long there are differences in people, prejudices and racism will exist as long as we are on this earth.

I just try and determine if the other rental is a house or apartment and use google earth or drive by to see it's overall shape.
