I look through a section called Policies, and find *NEW* section there, with an option to allow guests to book with or without phone numbers, card info, or anything really...I have a Stripe account I accept payment with from another business, so I am set up for credit cards, but it seems to me, that they just added this feature, and automatically had this setup to accept booking without CC info.

Obviously we’re going to pay the private $100k and cc debt off with the cash out refi while still having cash reserves.

Good for a 200k property down payment (40k), CC (5k), and 15k for any misc repairs needed. 

In the current market/environment...when making an offer on an SFR investment prop...do you, or would you ask the seller for CC credits...or would that essentially kill your offer...

Someone Could also do $25-30k in rehab and rent top for $650, bottom for $850, $1500 per month on an all in purchase of $87,500 + cc. $1.72%, Has a garage for each unit too, you could even rent those for an extra $25-50 each.
