I look through a section called Policies, and find *NEW* section there, with an option to allow guests to book with or without phone numbers, card info, or anything really...I have a Stripe account I accept payment with from another business, so I am set up for credit cards, but it seems to me, that they just added this feature, and automatically had this setup to accept booking without CC info.

Someone Could also do $25-30k in rehab and rent top for $650, bottom for $850, $1500 per month on an all in purchase of $87,500 + cc. $1.72%, Has a garage for each unit too, you could even rent those for an extra $25-50 each.
