I guess any neighborhood  in Miami you'd best bring your smelling salts, it's Magic City after all.

the floors we have are also tile floors, so you can forget about bad smells and disgusting things lying in the carpet. also makes the room super easy to clean. ha!

A sponsor should be running the deal as a business, so everything should look, feel and smell like a business.

I know I am facing an financial uphill battle in particular when starting out in this industry, however I am choosing to look at this as an opportunity to learn and find a solution that works for us.

I tried explaining they need all new flooring carpet / vinyl smells like animal urine and it's all stained , needs ac unit and heat with duct work ran among a lot of other updates .

It had a funky smell too. 

Dog urine smell on many of those stains.
