Back at the office I have to wade through all these different places to create the concise deal package.I'm wondering if anyone has used an app for this?

Are those programs/apps they're using, or are they just doing that on spreadsheets themselves?

A 30 second search of single family homes around Charlotte under $250k yielded 353 results on the Realtor app, which is kind of like asking your significant other what they want for dinner and getting "food" as a response. 

There are a few ways to collect the rent, but my tenants prefer paying cash and using Cash app.

I find both the Zillow and the Zillow Rent apps very easy to use, and helpful as there are a lot of good numbers in there.

They are expensive, but good to have since only Realtors have the app to open them, and they are satellite tracked so you know when they are opened.

I've found that studying apps are helpful in that they allow you to study on the go and really ingratiate yourself in real estate whenever and wherever you are.

But I've seen scammers charge people thousands of dollars up front, before even getting an app.

I still like listsource.com, and old school driving for dollars (with new apps that streamline the process of course).As far as message goes, I try and keep it straight forward, and let my mailers build off of eachother so I'm not sending the same thing every time.
