Some other pros would be weather, globally sought after, growing infrastructure across the state to accomodate high speed rail, space industry, we have several major airports, growing tech/medical industries as well as the ever growing theme park monsters that help to bring in about 70 million people a year here, we stay pretty purple with politics and very alternative lifestyle friendly, schools overall aren't great, but we do have some very good ones including prep schools/acadamy's. landlord friendly and so much more too!

Areas around the airport seem to be less desirable.Property taxes (city of Memphis vs Shelby county) may also be a consideration.

.- About 15 minutes to Salem and about hour from Portland Airport.- There is a shop and community lake, but those would be off limits.- There are also a couple pet goats in a fenced area haha

Clermont, Winter Gardena and Minneola are all established and pricier due to that, but will remain solid for families that can afford it, great schools and access to Disney, Orlando, Airport etc.Hope this helps.

I-4 eyesore <----ClickyWest is UCF and older well established neighborhoods, do not know a hold lot about that area, but is it as closer to Sanford and the airport there is super easy to get in and out of.

I think if your ranch is accessible within an hour of a major roadway and 1.5 to 2 hours of a major airport you can make anything happen.
