You might say that it's an area you don't want to live in.We don't really have war zones in my area, I think of Philly, run down empty buildings used by gang members, illegal anything going on, shots fired, fires started.....you know, like in the movies.While there can be a silver lining in some areas that have potential and many other factors, I'd suggest new guys stay away from thr really blighted areas, just IMO.Invest in something you'd live in is a good place to start out. :)

I use some of the real estate income to finance other investments like buying gold and silver, buy 2 ATM & 3 vending machines, raw land for private park slots & learning how to raise capital for more real estate and a business.

Adam Germany - all the summit/grand/eagle guys I know are doing big homes, selling them for fractional ownership.

Have confidence, you're doing them a favor bringing a ripe deal on a silver platter.If you have a true deal, and not some overpriced junker, it will not take you very long to find a buyer.

But the silver lining to that is come January, it will be a dam burst.
