I think you hit most of them on the head if he is more of a handy man he may not have a contractor lic such as a painter,carpet person or single trade other than mechanical

(It sounded just too good to be true, but is what I was told directly by the selling agent) The home was built in 1967, but from my stand point, being engaged to a painter, that is not an issue as we plan to paint everything anyway.

Also have a painter/carpenter I have used a couple of times with very good results.On the other hand, I am yet to find the reliable handyman that can take care of multiple things at a time.

Some of my colleagues did not have a number listed and Harrison Painter was drawn randomly as well but I think he was doing his GoGladiatorTv show so I opted out of calling him at the moment but I did send him a Skype high 5 and I'm sure he'll get back to me soon.
