Not to individuals.Once the lien is sold to ATFS, the property owner then has to pay ATFS the back taxes, charges, and interest to clear the lien.ATFS can foreclose on the tax lien if it isn't paid, which is after at least one year.ATFS has to compile a list of tax lien foreclosures and file it with the County Clerk's office and make the notice public for 6 weeks in newspapers.

I'm in the consumer data business, compiling targeted direct mail and telemarketing lists and leads for clients and today I got one that stumped me.

I think I have all the relevant information I've compiled from the county clerk, but can't seem to find the property anywhere.
