(LOL)  I lived in Brooklyn NY, and i was  priced out, so I moved South, I was able to buy a house last year for under 100k  (now 150k renovated ) 3 bed/ 2 bath  Inground pool, lot size 110 x 150 working class neighborhood, very safe, sunshine everyday, and plenty of Turnkey Real Estate deals.

I own a 2 Unit Property in Bayridge Brooklyn that I rent to roommates.

If you can get a 4 unit and a basement, that would be ideal and create major cash flow and equity creation, plus you can not worry about a property manager and boost your yield.COVID has loosened everything up and now 5% can be had in Manhattan, 6%-7% in Brooklyn and even 8% in the Bronx.

You can however find much higher positive cash flow out of small apartment buildings in Queens, Staten Island, Brooklyn areas..
