Purchased the 1953 house for 80k. 1 acre, 1,700 SF, 3 bed, 1.5 bath with 2 car garage and built in work shop.

At the end of the seminar, they offer a "discounted" fee of $197 to attend their 3-Day Workshop.  

I initially signed up for a wholesaling workshop in Ohio, and I did pay money for this real estate investing workshop.

I am looking for Real Estate Investment Groups that I can network with, in addition to educational services ... workshops, seminars on investing in real estate.  

. - I went to a RE Mentor workshop last week just to get some ideas on Multi-Family, Dave's overall concept is ok, but there were definitely gaps not covered or mentioned, such as setting up Reserves - and they really tried to push you to goto their Boot Camp.

I learned a lot about apartment investing and deal analysis and highly recommend the boot camp to anyone wanting to break into multifamily investing.I also just took Anthony's 2-day Multi-Family Value Add Workshop in Los Angeles which was taught by Dave Sanchez, a very experienced value-add apartment investor. 

I read Multifamily Millions by David Lindahl, I went to Lifestyles Unlimited two day workshop in Houston, I read Loopholes of RE by Garrett Sutton, and I started 1031 exchanging my pricey San Diego single family (10 condos with HOA fees that were clearly out of my control) for a 10 unit in Cleveland Heights, 8 unit in Shaker Heights, 12 unit in Euclid, 12 unit in Painesville, 15 unit in Painesville, 21 unit in Painesville.

I also advertised it for rent for $800 a month as it had a large workshop in the back, whereas standard rent for a house in that area would be closer to $750.

Dave said that included in the Pro membership are the workshop "Investing with No or Low Money Down" and masterclass "Finding Great Deals."

.- We are doing our first  Phoenix Syndication Workshop at the end of January (just a few weeks now).
