For an $80K ARV, I'd probably just get some black spray paint and make them look like new...That said, I don't know your market, so it's hard to say what $80K buyers expect in your area...

For grout sealers you can use the ten dollar spray can from home depot or if you want it to last more than a year you can get the green pump bottle from home depot.
